The free trial is designed to help users evaluate the platform and decide whether they want to continue with Telinfy. If the user is dissatisfied, they can cancel their free trial at any time without being charged. If they choose to subscribe to a Telinfy plan, no refunds will be provided. However, they can cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
All Telinfy services, including charges for a Telinfy plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), add-ons, or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the associated costs Telinfy incurs to provide these services.
