At Telinfy, we want to make it easy for users to manage their subscriptions while ensuring transparency and fairness in the cancellation process. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand how to cancel your subscription and the conditions that apply.
Once you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will still have access to Telinfy’s services until the next billing date, but you will not be charged for the following period.
For example, if your subscription renews on the 1st of every month, and you cancel on the 15th of the month, you will continue to have access to the platform until the 1st of the next month, and no further charges will occur after that date.
Please note that cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription. The subscription fee is non-refundable after the payment has been processed. For instance, if you cancel your subscription mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the unused days.
However, in exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues, service outages, or other unforeseen circumstances), Telinfy will review the situation and may consider issuing a partial refund or adjusting charges, at its sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to an exception, please contact our support team, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Although Telinfy does not provide refunds for unused subscription periods, there are certain special circumstances where a refund or adjustment may be considered:
Technical Difficulties: If you experience ongoing technical problems that prevent you from using Telinfy’s services effectively, and these issues are verified by our support team, we may consider offering a partial refund or extending your subscription.
Unauthorized Charges: If there is an issue of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, please contact our support team immediately. After investigation, Telinfy may issue a refund if the charges are verified as fraudulent.
Billing Errors: In case of any mistakes made during the billing process (such as being charged incorrectly), we will work to resolve the issue and may issue a refund for overcharges.
If you decide to re-subscribe to Telinfy after canceling, you will need to go through the sign-up process again. Your previous subscription details will not be saved unless you are in the same billing cycle. You will be subject to the current pricing and terms available at the time of reactivation.
Telinfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if there is any violation of the Terms of Service, failure to pay for services, or any other misconduct. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
